Physical therapy supports the body situations of functional disorders and musculoskeletal pain. Important is a comprehensive and holistic approach to determine imbalances and ways the body compensates for them.

In the first session, I will take a medical history, make an assessment of the problem and clarify the expectations and concerns of the client. From the findings, the further treatment steps and goals are discussed and planned together with the client. Effective physical therapeutic procedures are selected, home exercises are instructed and body-friendly behaviour in daily life established.
